    ~Welcome~
    Hello to those who have stumbled upon my humble abode. My name is Ling but many know me as “Hiyashi.” How did this come to pass? My last name in Japanese translates to “Hayashi” but Microsoft Word corrected it to Hiyashi (the noodles) so now most people online know me under a misspelling. Most of this journal will be public, I mostly draw so feel free to leave requests. If you’d like to know more about me, friend and leave a message. Otherwise feel free to lurk or spam.

    Some things about me:
    Past legal drinking age where I live. Not short, not tall, not thin, not fat. Dark chocolate is favored, lactose intolerant. Prefers tea over coffee. Too many pets and still not enough. Favorite pokemon is cyndaquil. David got me watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I play bass and some guitar – lost my band to college. Fish and chips make the best lunch.
